Dallara chosen by IndyCar as 2018 aerokit manufacturer

IndyCar has announced that Dallara has been chosen as the sole manufacturer of its new bodywork kit for the 2018 season. Currently, engine suppliers Honda and Chevrolet produce their own aerokits, but from next season onwards all cars will run with the same bodywork. Last month, new renders of the superspeedway and road/street course aerokit configurations were officially revealed by the single-seater series. Long-time partner Dallara has now been named as the bodywork manufacturer, alongside being the sole provider of the DW12 chassis IndyCar has used since 2012.
