IndyCar confirms Dallara for 2018 kits

– IndyCar has revealed that Dallara will remain the sole manufacturer when the championship introduces universal bodywork kits in 2018, as it unveiled the revised look for next season.Dallara has been the sole chassis supplier for the past decade and all cars next year will be fitted with the universal kit that covers the Dallara IR-12 chassis, in use since 2012.As per the current bodywork kits, supplied by Chevrolet and Honda – who will continue as engine suppliers – there is a superspeedway oval configuration and a road/street course configuration.The superspeedway oval configuration will be tested for the first time at Indianapolis on July 25/26, with the road-course bodywork...
