Tony Kanaan gets 7-Eleven sponsorship for select IndyCar events

Tony Kanaan will link back up with former sponsor 7-Eleven for select rounds of the 2017 Verizon IndyCar Series, Chip Ganassi Racing has confirmed. Kanaan became synonymous with the colours of the American convenience store chain during the 2000s, winning the 2004 title in the #11 7-Eleven Honda for Andretti Green Racing. Kanaan will continue to partner with NTT Data as his primary sponsor for 2017, but 7-Eleven will also grace his car for the races at St. Petersburg, Long Beach, Indianapolis and Texas. “It’s an unbelievable feeling to be back in the 7-Eleven family. 7-Eleven was my home for most of my career in INDYCAR and they were with me for 14 out of my 17 wins,”...
