Ganassi signs Rookie of the Year Jones

IndyCar's season of twists and turns has added a new one with today's announcement that Ed Jones will leave Dale Coyne Racing to partner with Scott Dixon next season at Chip Ganassi Racing. All signs pointed to New Zealand's Brendon Hartley being signed to join his countryman at the Honda-powered CGR program, but it would appear his recent alignment with Scuderia Toro Rosso in Formula 1 has altered those plans.
