IndyCar to evaluate Hunter-Reay on Sunday

Although his car owner Michael Andretti expects Ryan Hunter-Reay to race in Sunday's ABC Supply 500, IndyCar wil wait until morning to decide whether to let the Andretti Autosport driver take part in the race. Hunter-Reay was evaluated at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest in Allentown, Pa., on Saturday for injuries to his left hip and knee sustained in a crash during qualifying at Pocono Raceway. Hunter-Reay was treated and released but has not been cleared to drive, pending a re-evaluation Sunday morning by IndyCar's medical staff.
