Saavedra gets SPM seat for next two rounds

– Schmidt Peterson Motorsports (SPM) has announced that Sebastián Saavedra will pilot the No. 7 Honda for the next two rounds of the IndyCar campaign.Saavedra appeared for SPM in Toronto earlier this season, in place of Mikhail Aleshin, who has now parted ways with the team, following off-track complications.Aleshin missed practice at Road America amid visa issues, having raced at the 24 Hours of Le Mans the previous week, and did not take part in the Toronto event.Saavedra, who made his IndyCar debut in 2010 and has raced for several teams, will thus partner James Hinchcliffe at Pocono Raceway and Gateway Motorsports Park"I am very excited to be back with the SPM...
