Power tops second day of Indy 500 practice

The winds were up and speeds were down Tuesday at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.A day after Marco Andretti turned a lap of 226 mph, Will Power led the second round of practice for the 101st Indianapolis 500 with a top speed of 224.656 mph in the Team Penske Verizon Chevy.
