Hinchcliffe wins chaotic, wet New Orleans race

– James Hinchcliffe outlasted the field, both fuel-wise and mechanically, as he gambled on pit stop strategy to win the inaugural Indy Grand Prix of Louisiana.  Aided by a shortened race (timed to two hours), the Schmidt Peterson Motorsports driver gave Honda their first victory of the year, beating Penske's Helio Castroneves and SPM team-mate James Jakes before running out of fuel on the cool-down lap.With the threat of rain looming, everyone seemed eager to make up ground in a race that was destined not to go full distance.  In the end, though, it wasn't the rain that slowed the field, but it was all of the cautions that cut a 75-lap race down to just 47.Mixed pit strategies...
