Servià confirmed to replace unwell Power

– Penske has confirmed that Oriol Servià will replace Will Power for today's Grand Prix of St. Petersburg, due to the pole sitter suffering from nausea.Power battled through illness on Saturday to collect pole position but skipped media duties and was consequently replaced by the Spaniard for Sunday morning's warm-up session.Penske has now announced that Power will sit out the race, with Servia set to drive the No. 12 car.Servià will start at the back of the grid, as per IndyCar regulations, with Simon Pagenaud in line to assume pole position after originally qualifying in second place."Obviously this is a very difficult decision to make in the first race of the season, but...
