IndyCar: Penske solidifies team roles for expanded 4-car effort

With racing teams competing in a variety of open- and closed-wheel racing series, Team Penske has used each new season as an opportunity to cross-train crew members in different disciplines. Penske Racing president Tim Cindric has authored of a number of interesting chemistry experiments in recent years, and with a fourth program added to the team's championship-winning Verizon IndyCar Series effort for 2015, he's been busy assembling the pieces once again.
