Jones Tops First Day of Homestead Testing
Ed Jones starting off 2015 with a bang, winning the first three races before becoming embroiled in a four-way title fight and eventually finishing third in the championship. The Dubai-based Englishman is determined not to let that happen in 2016, starting off his sophomore season with Carlin Racing on the right foot by leading both sessions of today's Indy Lights Presented by Cooper Tires test at Homestead-Miami Speedway. Jones turned a quick lap of 1:14.5376 while completing an impressive 85 laps of the 2.21-mile, 14 turn road course.
