Weekend mistakes prove costly for XFINITY and truck teams. NASCAR levied penalties on the No. 4 XFINITY Series and the No. 00 Craftsman Truck Series teams on Tuesday.  JD Motorsports violated the rule from Section 20.17.2.1: Overall vehicle weight, after a piece of tungsten flew off of the No. 4 Chevy driven by Ross Chastain and into the windshield of Jamie Dick's No. 55 Viva Motorsports car during practice at Iowa Speedway on Saturday.
