Pocono confirms IndyCar return for 2018

Pocono has confirmed that it will remain on the IndyCar schedule for 2018, with the series once again slated for a mid-August visit to the 'Tricky Triangle'. Confirmation of the 2018 ABC Supply 500, which will be held on August 18/19, follows a 2017 event that delivered good crowds and an entertaining race featuring 42 lead changes and 590 on-track passes. "The 2017 ABC Supply 500 proved why Pocono Raceway was built for INDYCAR racing," said Pocono Raceway CEO Nick Igdalsky in a statement.
