SPM stays aligned with Honda through 2020

– Schmidt Peterson Motorsports has confirmed that it has formally renewed its deal with Honda through 2020, which will lead to increased collaboration between the parties.SPM first used Honda power for its 2006 Indianapolis 500 entry and has remained with the Japanese manufacturer since moving into IndyCar full-time in 2011.SPM has taken six victories in the championship, most recently with James Hinchcliffe at Long Beach, and will remain with Honda until at least the end of the decade."Our technical partners give us the increased engineering capability which, in turn, gives Honda the confidence in us as a team to take our partnership to the next level," said Piers...
