Kanaan: 'People ask what's next in my career. I think it's obvious.'
Having enjoyed a front row seat as Fernando Alonso ticked a box on his bucket list at the Indianapolis 500, Tony Kanaan finds himself ticking a bucket list box of his own this week, namely the 24 Hours of Le Mans, in the Ford Chip Ganassi Racing Ford GT. But where Alonso had never driven an IndyCar before the month of May, sportscars are nothing new to Kanaan. Recall that he teamed with Bryan Herta and Dario Franchitti to take an LMP2 class win in the 2008 12 Hours of Sebring and that he also won the 2015 Rolex 24 at Daytona for Chip Ganassi Racing (with Scott Dixon, Kyle Larson and Jamie McMurray), not to mention that he drove the Ford GT in this year's Rolex 24 at Daytona before resuming...
