Will Power leads Penske 1-2-3 in final practice at Barber

Will Power has led a Penske 1-2-3 in practice for the Honda Indy Grand Prix of Alabama, as preparations intensify ahead of qualifying later in the day. Despite the threat of rain lingering over the picturesque Barber Motorsports Park, the final session got underway in dry and overcast conditions. Chevrolet’s competitive start to the weekend continued with renewed gusto during the 45-minute session, with Power ending proceedings ahead of Penske team-mate’s Josef Newgarden and Helio Castroneves. Mikhail Aleshin prevented the final Penske of Simon Pagenaud from creating a top four lock-out, with the Russian racer ending the session P4 ahead of the reigning champion. Long Beach...
