Juncos Racing to make Indianapolis 500 debut in 2017

Juncos Racing will make its Verizon IndyCar Series debut in 2017, with the Indianapolis 500 their primary target. The Indiana-based outfit have been running in the Mazda Road to Indy in recent years, and have already announced Kyle Kaiser and Nicolas Dapero for the 2017 Indy Lights season having taken Spencer Pigot to the 2015 title. They recently acquired two IndyCar chassis from the now defunct KV Racing Technology outfit, and team founder Ricardo Juncos admits it has always been his dream for the team to grow into IndyCar, and racing in the 101st Indianapolis 500 will be something special. “I am so happy to officially announce our participation in the Verizon IndyCar Series,” said...
