Andretti: “I won’t stop just because some people say I should”
Marco Andretti has vowed to bounce back from what he admits was “a dismal season” in 2016, and has high hopes based on the team’s performance in the season finale. After three consecutive seasons finishing in the top 10 in the IndyCar championship, including fifth in 2013, the third-generation driver sank this year to his worst finish in the series, 16th. In a season when Andretti Autosport-Honda struggled as a whole at several tracks, his teammates Carlos Munoz, Alexander Rossi and Ryan Hunter-Reay were 10th, 11th and 12th in the points table.
