2014 IndyCar champion Will Power has described Josef Newgarden joining Team Penske as “an obvious signing” who will raise the game of all the drivers and the team. Power, who is testing alongside all three of his teammates at Road America today, said: “To me, [Josef] was an obvious signing.  In the position of a team owner, if you were going to sign someone, that would be the guy. “He’s experienced now, fast and young so he’s going to be around for quite a while. And he’s good in all disciplines.
