Graham Rahal: “We will be better next year”
Graham Rahal had hoped to secure his second victory of the season at Sonoma Raceway but was forced to settle for second behind the new Verizon IndyCar Series champion Simon Pagenaud on Sunday. The Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing driver felt he had a chance of taking the win, but found that whenever he got close to the Team Penske up front he was unable to stay there, and ultimately settled for second.
