More of the same should be the theme of the 2017 Verizon IndyCar schedule as it's nearly a carbon copy of this year – except for the addition of one venue. It's 17 races spread over seven months, all in North America, that were officially announced Thursday but IndyCar boss Mark Miles told RACER last weekend it's all about continuity.
