IndyCar: Dixon calls for faster penalty reviews

Scott Dixon has called upon IndyCar to react faster to on-track incidents after Helio Castroneves was issued a post-race penalty four days after the GP of Indianapolis Indianapolis. Castroneves was docked eight points after a post-race review by series officials determined that he made avoidable contact when he hit Dixon in the first corner, triggering a multi-car accident.
