Schmidt Peterson Motorsport has announced Carlos Munoz will be racing in the #6 Lucas Oil entry for the final two races of the IndyCar season at Portland at Sonoma. Munoz will be making his first non-oval appearance in 2018 since running for Andretti Autosport at this year's Indy 500 where he finished in seventh place. His run on the final two road courses will represent the first opportunity for Munoz to run the new aerokit in its road course configuration.
