Indy 500: Live Trackside Report, Monday

12:00 ET: Slight delay in the start to the one-hour rookie and refresher session due to light rainfall. JR Hildebrand, Sebastian Saavedra, Stefano Coletti, Townsend Bell, and Carlos Huertas are expected to partake in the first official laps of practice for the 99th Indy 500. 12:15 ET: Hildebrand heads out in CFH Racing teammate Josef Newgarden’s No. 21 Chevy and posts the fastest lap. Saavedra’s No. 17 Chip Ganassi Racing/AFS Racing entry stalls on his out lap and is towed in.
