Rossi leads final Long Beach practice
Alexander Rossi was fastest for the second straight practice session for the 44th Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach. With a 1m06.6105 fast lap, the Andretti Autosport driver was 0.0418s quicker than Team Penske's Josef Newgarden and Will Power (+0.2174s). Rossi and teammate Ryan Hunter-Reay (+0.2662), who was fourth quickest, have finished in the top three in all three sessions. Hunter-Reay, who won here in 2010, thought some speed was left on the table.
