Karam confirmed at Dreyer & Reinbold for Indy 500
1 Mar 2018 Dreyer & Reinbold Racing confirms Sage Karam will return for this year's Indianapolis 500 as the grid nears completion. Sage Karam will make his fifth appearance in the Indianapolis 500 this May after striking a deal with Dreyer & Reinbold Racing that will see him enjoy title sponsorship from Wix Filters. Karam, 22, finished ninth on debut at the Indy 500 in 2014 with DRR before moving to Chip Ganassi Racing the following year where he retired early. The 2013 Indy Lights champion returned to DRR for the '500 in both 2016 and 2017, but failed to finish either event.
