Jordan King to drive ECR's No.20 on road/street courses in 2018

Ed Carpenter Racing is turning to British driver Jordan King to fill the No. 20 Chevy in the IndyCar Series' 11 road and street course races in 2018. As first reported by RACER, the 23-year-old Briton has been considering a move to IndyCar after three seasons in GP2/F2. The 2013 British Formula 3 champion finished 11th in the 2017 F2 standings with 12 top-10s for MP Motorsport. "We are very excited to welcome Jordan to the ECR family and to have him in the No. 20 Fuzzy's Vodka Chevrolet for the 2018 road and street course races," said team owner Ed Carpenter, who will continue driving the No. 20 on ovals.
