Mexico still a 2018 possibility for IndyCar - Miles
Today's announcement of the 2018 Verizon IndyCar Series schedule focused on the stability of the schedule, with 2017's slate carrying over other than the replacement of Watkins Glen International with Portland International Raceway, but series boss Mark Miles said the possibility remained for the addition of a race in Mexico City next August. "Yes, I think there is still a possibility of adding Mexico City for next year," Miles said. "We felt like with Portland being nailed down, most of the schedule – a schedule we're happy to have as our final schedule for next year – is set [and] ought to be public.
