Sebastien Bourdais is convinced he will be ready to return to competition in the next few weeks after driving an IndyCar for the first time since suffering serious injuries in a huge accident at Indianapolis Motor Speedway in May. Bourdais turned more than 80 laps at Mid-Ohio on Monday, just 72 days after suffering multiple fractures to his hip and pelvis when he crashed his Dale Coyne Racing car during a qualifying run ahead of the Indianapolis 500.
