Ed Jones feeling confident ahead of INDYCAR GP
Rookie Ed Jones believes the INDYCAR Grand Prix around the Indianapolis Motor Speedway road course could be his best chance to get a good result this year, due largely to the infield circuit’s European-style. The reigning IndyLights champion has enjoyed a competitive start to his IndyCar career with Dale Coyne Racing, finishing in the top ten during the first two races of the season at St. Petersburg and Long Beach. Despite dropping out of the top ten in the last two races at Barber and Phoenix, and also being slightly overshadowed by team-mate Sebastien Bourdais’s superb start to the season, Jones is remaining confident of further success during the month of May.
