Daly joins Starworks for Rolex 24
Verizon IndyCar Series driver Conor Daly has been added to the Starworks Motorsport driver lineup in the No. 8 PC. The new A.J. Foyt Racing driver replaces Sebastian Saavedra. Daly's availability came through a fun exchange on Tuesday while he was completing his first test for Foyt two hours south at Sebring International Raceway. "I was sitting in my car – we were doing a shock change that was going to take a while – so I asked my crew guys to hand me my phone and I saw a bunch of missed texts and called from [Starworks owner] Peter Baron," Daly told RACER. "So I texted him back with a selfie of me in the car and said I'd get back to him once I was done, and here I am....
