Chilton continues with Ganassi for 2017 IndyCar season
Max Chilton has been confirmed to remain with Chip Ganassi Racing in the 2017 Verizon IndyCar Series season, meaning the four-car line-up remains the same as it did in 2016. The former Marussia Formula 1 Team racer twice broke into the top ten in his rookie campaign – at the Phoenix International Raceway and at the Watkins Glen International, but felt he developed well as a driver last year within the championship, and hopes to put the learned knowledge to good use in his sophomore season.
