Daly calls for IndyCar teams to look at younger drivers
Conor Daly, who was confirmed today as an AJ Foyt Racing driver in 2017 alongside Carlos Munoz, says IndyCar teams should follow Formula 1’s lead and pay attention to the “genuinely more hungry” youth. Both Daly and Munoz are 24 years old, and the Indiana native is convinced that this makes them more willing to push to the nth degree, compared with some of their rivals. He told media today: “Larry and A.J. [Foyt], they're embracing the future. That's one thing that I really want to see even more teams do.
