Indy 500 winner Alexander Rossi joins Race of Champions line-up
2016 Indianapolis 500 winner Alexander Rossi has joined the driver line-up for next January’s Race of Champions in Miami. The IndyCar driver has been confirmed alongside Red Bull Global Rallycross champion and former Formula 1 driver Scott Speed. Rossi claimed victory at the 100th running of the Indy 500 at his first attempt, driving for Andretti-Herta. The American finished 11th in this year’s IndyCar standings, after his Indy 500 win and five further top 10 finishes. He picked up Rookie of the Year for 2016. He joins fellow Indy 500 winners Tony Kanaan, Juan-Pablo Montoya and Ryan Hunter-Reay on the driver line-up, alongside NASCAR champion Kurt Busch and GRC champion Speed....
