Josef Newgarden's future was set in stone on Wednesday. Linked to Team Penske since the Summer, Penske officially confirmed the signing of Newgarden on Wednesday. The 26-year-old will join Helio Castroneves, Will Power and the 2016 Verizon IndyCar Series champion Simon Pagenaud, with Juan Montoya seemingly set to depart the team.
