Andretti Autosport re-signs Ryan Hunter-Reay, DHL
2012 IndyCar champion and 2014 Indianapolis 500 winner Ryan Hunter-Reay will race for Andretti Autosport and in DHL colors through 2020, it was announced today. Hunter-Reay’s contract with Michael Andretti’s team was due to expire at the end of 2017, but his contract will see him through to the end of 2020. That will mark Hunter-Reay’s 11th season at Andretti, where he has scored 13 of his 16 IndyCar victories, including the 98th Indianapolis 500. Hunter-Reay had been linked with moves to both Team Penske and Chip Ganassi Racing.
