The IndyCar Series is getting its second dancing star on national TV. James Hinchcliffe was named today as a member of the Season 23 cast for "Dancing with the Stars," the hit ABC dance competition partnering celebrities with professional dancers that begins Sept. 12. The Canadian will follow in the steps of Helio Castroneves, who won the "DWTS" competition back in 2007. Hinchcliffe will be paired with professional dancer Sharna Burgess.
