Storms wash out New Orleans qualifying

– After several bands of storms passed over the Gulf Coast on Saturday afternoon, IndyCar qualifying was cancelled due to lightning and rain.  The inaugural Indy Grand Prix of Louisiana will start based on entrants' points tomorrow, meaning last race's winner, Juan Pablo Montoya, will start on pole position.Qualifying was initially delayed 45 minutes due to rain before the first group in Q1 got on track.  As conditions worsened, the first session saw Sebastién Bourdais go fastest, but he would controversially lose his time after blocking Tony Kanaan.  His demotion meant that he would fail to advance from Q1 (with James Hinchcliffe being the benefactor), but with the cancellation...
