Power leads wet second practice at NOLA
Will Power takes the Chevrolet torch from Tony Kanaan and goes to the top of the charts in the second practice session of the weekend. In a session marred by a lot of rain, Will Power was able to pull his car to the top of the timesheet in the second practice session at NOLA Motorsports Park for the inaugural Indy Grand Prix of Louisiana. Despite the track conditions, Power was able to come up with a fast lap of 1:20.1704, about 1.2 seconds off of his fastest time in the first session. Second fastest was Ryan Hunter-Reay, just over a tenth of a second off of Power’s time while Simon Pagenaud, Stefano Colette and Simona de Silvestro rounded out the top five.
