INDYCAR: Dixon takes top spot in FP2

Scott Dixon nudged out Simon Pagenaud to earn the bragging rights from the second IndyCar practice session on the Indianapolis Motor Speedway road course on Thursday. "I ran tires late so maybe that was a slight advantage," Dixon said. "We rolled off not too bad, tried some things in the second session and circled back to where we were." The reigning series champion claimed the top spot with a fastest lap of 1m09.8281s, 0.07s quicker than Pagenaud's time.
