IndyCar should use spec aerokit to improve racing, says Power

Team Penske’s Will Power says that if the Verizon IndyCar Series does switch to a spec aerokit in 2017, then it should take the opportunity to make the cars better-looking and more raceable. IndyCar currently has rules in place governing the manufacturer-designed aerokits for the next two years, with Chevrolet and Honda permitted to work in two more "boxes" in 2017 and again in '18.
