Power leads Penske 1-2-3-4 in third practice
With 11 of the session’s 45 minutes to go, the four Team Penske drivers showed their mastery of Long Beach's 1.968 miles, moving to the top of the time sheets, with Will Power claiming top spot. Power set his fastest time of the weekend, the only driver to dip into the 66sec territory, lapping the 1.968-mile street course at an average of 105.918mph. Teammates Simon Pagenaud, Helio Castroneves and Juan Montoya were 0.23, 0.37 and 0.43 adrift, respectively. Mikhail Aleshin and James Hinchcliffe were fifth and eighth fastest respectively for Schmidt Peterson Motorsports, suggesting as per yesterday that Honda has little or no deficit to Chevrolet this weekend, only specificallyt Team...
