New pit lane design revealed for Toronto

Toronto’s IndyCar event layout has been modified for the first time since 1996, but should not affect the race course itself. Green Savoree Racing Promotions, owner and operator of Honda Indy Toronto, was obliged to reconfigure the pit lane as well as relocate the hospitality suites and grandstands, in order to accommodate the Hotel X Toronto. The newly-constructed hotel sits on the historic grounds of Exhibition Place, just inside the Princes’ Gates and opposite the Enercare Centre (previously known as the Direct Energy Centre).
