Brabham secures Indianapolis 500 drive

– Matthew Brabham has secured a deal for both 2016 IndyCar races at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, including the 100th running of the prestigious Indy 500.Brabham will enter the May road and oval events with 'PIRTEK Team Murray', a team jointly run by Australian motorsport figure Brett Murray and KV Racing Technology.If Brabham successfully qualifies for the Indy 500, he will become only the third third-generation driver to take part in the race, joining the Vukovich and Andretti names.Brabham, 21, is the son of Geoff Brabham, a Le Mans winner and four-time IMSA GT Champion, and the grandson of the late Sir Jack Brabham, a three-time F1 World Champion."There is no doubt that...
