INDYCAR: Tough sim race for Karam at Pocono
Sage Karam made his second appearance in as many weeks in the official Verizon IndyCar Sim Racing League sponsored by iRacing.com and RACER when it moved on to Pocono on Tuesday, but his evening got off to a tough start when he failed to post a lap in qualifying and was forced to loine up at the rear of the 24-car grid. While polesitter Brandon Traino took off at the start, Karam was a man on a mission. Moving quickly through the field, he gradually worked his way into the top 10. His charge came to a halt towards the end of the 140-lap race when he got loose coming out of Turn 1 and made heavy contact with the outside wall.
