Ganassi retains Kanaan for 2016 season
– Chip Ganassi Racing has confirmed that Tony Kanaan will remain in IndyCar with the squad in 2016, piloting the #10 car.Kanaan, 40, has raced full-time in the category since 2003, claiming the 2004 title while competing for Andretti and the 2013 Indianapolis 500 after a switch to KV Racing.Kanaan joined Ganassi prior to the 2014 season in place of Dario Franchitti and finished eighth in the 2015 championship."It feels really great to be back with Ganassi for the 2016 season," he said."2015 was kind of a roller coaster of a season with some really solid results and some not so great results."But our top five finish and [Scott] Dixon's championship [win] in Sonoma...
