Wilson in coma, critical condition

– IndyCar confirmed that Justin Wilson is in a coma and is in critical condition after suffering a "severe head injury" during the ABC Supply 500 at Pocono on Sunday."Wilson is currently in a coma and in critical condition while undergoing further evaluation at Lehigh Valley Health Network in Allentown, Pa."
