KV Racing fined for underweight car

– IndyCar officials have fined KV Racing $5000 after Sébastien Bourdais' #11 car was found to be underweight following his race-winning performance at Milwaukee last weekend.Bourdais' car was deemed to have contravened Rule 14.3.1.1, which states: 'The minimum weight shall include all lubricants, coolants and camera or dummy camera housings. Fuel, Driver and the Driver equivalency weight are excluded.'IndyCar did not expand on the reasons why Bourdais' car did not meet the minimum weight of 1600 pounds, though he was able to keep the victory which elevated him to sixth in the standings.Chevrolet and Honda have also been penalised with the manufacturers docked championship points for...
