Andretti Autosport has announced Conor Daly will return to the team for the final race of the 2019 NTT IndyCar season at Laguna Seca. Daly will return in the #25 car with the US Air Force livery to make his first road course outing of the year around at the Californian circuit in a fifth car for the Andretti Autosport team. The Indiana-born driver has spent the 2018 and 2019 seasons running as a part-time driver after losing a full-time seat at A.J Foyt's Enterprises at the end of the 2017 campaign.
