Felix Rosenqvist scores maiden pole in Ganassi front row lockout for Indy GP, Andretti and Penske falter
Chip Ganassi Racing's Felix Rosenqvist has claimed his first pole position in IndyCar in a mixed up qualifying session ahead of the Indianapolis Grand Prix. After a tricky start to the season due to the chilly conditions, the Swede was able to put in his best lap towards the end of the Firestone Fast-Six and get the best out the #10 NTT Data Ganassi-Honda to snatch the pole by just 0.02s. Team-mate and reigning five-time series champion Scott Dixon continued to showcase the speed his #9 PNC Bank car had through the practice sessions to secure the front row for CGR.
